Instructions for uploading of PH Certificate Photo : -

(i)
|
Upload the scanned PH Certificate photo in JPG format. .
|
|
(ii)
|
Dimension of the PH Certificate Photo must be 21 cm length x 29.7 cm width (A4).
|
|
(iii)
|
Size of the PH Certificate Photo must be 1 MB or less. .
|
|
(iv)
|
If size of PH Certificate Photo is more than 1 MB, then change the DPI resolution setting of scanner and scan again .
