- The applicant having valid driving licence, passport & visa my submit application for Internation Driving Permit.
- Fill Form 4A .
- Medical Certificate in Form 1A
- Valid Driving Licence
- Two Copies of applicant's recent passport photograph.
- Valid proof of Indian Nationals.
- Valid proof of Passport.
- Valid proof of Visa wherever applicable.
- Disposal : Within 2 days from the date of application.
- Fees Payable : Rs. 500
